Whathappened.com was a pioneer (relatively speaking) on the internet; then more widely called the "World Wide Web". Back in the days when Al Gore claimed to have invented the internet; by the way, I invented sliced bread and butter in sticks! Next time you make a sandwich with sliced bread or use butter in stick form, you can thank me!!
All kidding aside, whathappened.com was born on (like the beer):

September 18, 1998

The brain child of Dennis A. Dargel. Not to be confused with the handfull of other Dargels in this place we call the USA.
The purpose you ask? To make finding out whathappened to whatever easier on the internet. Additionally, the homepage contains a dropdown with lots of pages of useful links, categorized by type of link. Please let us know if you find a link you would like included for your quick reference. Consider us your personal link library :)
