But after an investigation, local police determined there was no intent and no hate crime had occurred."

They only stopped "to clear frozen snow and ice out of the bed of a truck." "At no time did any juveniles yell obscenities, or direct attention to any homes in the area while clearing the snow and ice." None of them used the N-word or directed anything toward anyone living in the homes on the street. They were unaware of who even lived there. The professor imagined the entire offense.

As usual with these kinds of stories, the whole thing was made up. "A Texas district court judge ordered Smith and Cole to pay $3.2 million in damages to Vann. The decision followed a jury’s finding last year that the duo had fabricated the story and “intentionally inflicted severe emotional distress” on the young man."

Feb 9, 2026 ~ 'Dutch climate skeptics vindicated: KNMI reinstates seven pre-1950 heatwaves after long battle'
Another 'cooking the books' scandal but this time surprisingly it was finally admitted to. "A miracle just happened. KNMI, the national weather and climate institute in The Netherlands, admitted publicly that we, a group of four skeptical scientists, were right in our critique of their homogenization. This admission means the end of a ‘battle’ that has been dragging on for about seven years."
"However the hottest days of the year (In The Netherlands this means Tmax of around 30oC) in the period 1901-1950 were corrected downwards by up to 1.9oC. Because of this, 16 out of those 23 heatwaves vanished from the official records."
This erasure of history allowed "KNMI [to start] claiming in the media that heatwaves nowadays are much more frequent than in the past." Marcel Cook and his team did a deep dive into the data to see if these conclusions were warranted but they were not.
They published their peer reviewed results in "Theoretical and Applied Climatology" but were dismissed with 'ad hominem' insults for quite some time before KNMI finally admitted they were right. "So, more than seven years after starting to look into this matter, we were completely vindicated, both by KNMI itself and by the media." "Seven heatwaves are back in the records (some are still gone though). Before the homogenization the summer of 1947 had an absolute record with four heatwaves. After the first homogenization three of those four had vanished. After the 2.0 homogenization all four are back."

The 'outrage' of the day is a video that was shared from Trump's Truth Social account which was about election fraud in the 2020 election. The end of a video ran into a couple of seconds of a 2nd video (perhaps a clipping error by the sharer) shared by conservative meme creator Xerias back in October which was "an internet meme video depicting President Trump as the King of the Jungle and Democrats as characters from the Lion King".
Everyone said this was proof of how 'racist' Trump is because the meme video depicts Barack and Michelle Obama as monkeys. However, Trump said he didn't even see the end part that showed that. He shared the video because of its election fraud content. "We took it down as soon as we found out about it," Trump said. Also, the fact that in the same video, Joe Biden (a white man) is also depicted as an ape eating a banana, undermines the claim that the animals were chosen for 'racist' reasons.

This is another long standing evil that took the Trump Administration to eradicate. 8a requires a percentage of federal contracts to go to "minority- and women-owned businesses" regardless of who would be best for the job and taxpayer. Much worse, 8a created layers of fraud and corruption. In many cases, the contracts went to the companies they would have normally but only after they appeared to go through a minority owned business which takes a cut but adds nothing of value except to comply with 8a.
"In the Pentagon, $100 million sole-source contracts go out the door to these 8(a) firms almost every day,” Hegseth explained, “without any competition or opportunity for anyone else to bid." Hegseth continued: “In many, many instances, these socially disadvantaged businesses don’t even do work. For decades, this program, 8(a), has been a breeding ground for fraud.”

A few years ago, new things were ridiculously being called 'racist' practically every day. Its not quite that bad, but the phenomenon is still going strong. To wit, here we see noted bioethicist Art Caplan explaining why recommending milk is about racism instead of health.
"Drinking whole white milk has played a big role in racist and far-right thinking... Racism and eugenics, sadly, may be playing a role in the sudden drive to fetishize drinking whole milk. Drinking whole milk is a dog whistle to far right, white nationalists. The campaign to promote whole milk may have many factors behind it, but at a time when eugenics, racism, and white nationalism fuel too much of our political rhetoric, the whole milk campaign must be swallowed with care."
You could not create a parody this dumb. "One of the honored guests at the Oval Office signing ceremony of the Whole Milk for Healthy Kids Act — mentioned in passing by Caplan, which put whole milk back on school menus — was that notorious white supremacist Dr. Ben Carson. One of the early sponsors was Senator John Fetterman, a famous KKK sympathizer. The bill was passed unanimously in the Senate, a known hotbed of seething bigotry against everything not white. The administration’s biggest promoter of whole milk is RFK Jr., who may be many things, but is not a racist. I mean, really."

Research on race and IQ is clear but no one is allowed to discuss it because it will hurt feelings. What is the point they say? Because if you don't allow the real explanation for the differences in demographics of various professions and prison populations, then only false explanations like 'systemic racism' are available. Trying to address the false explanations with DEI quotas results in injecting unqualified people into various roles to address the imbalances assumed to be created by 'racism.' At best, this requires racial discrimination (something we used to think was bad) which is unfair to the more qualified people who are rejected because of their race and at worst its dangerous to deadly for professions where competency is life and death critical. The false explanations also foster racial resentment and hatred on both sides of it. The falsely accused (so called 'oppressors') will justifiably be angry and the accusations and the unfairness of the system rigged to address their non-existent racism. The allegedly 'oppressed' will hate their 'oppressors' which is no doubt a factor in "the staggering amount of black-on-white crime."

She also compared Miller to arch-Nazi Heinrich Himmler, saying, “We always focus on Trump, as we often focus on the top people. But Stephen Miller, like a man named Bendetsen, he was the one who created the internment camps for Japanese, Heinrich Himmler in the Nazi regime, this is what he is.”

Democrats in Minneapolis, Portland, LA and all over the country are back to acting like typical Democrats. Rioting, setting fires, vandalizing, attacking law enforcement and people they think are law enforcement, blocking traffic, forming mobs of people surrounding cars, banging on the cars trying to get in, etc. They are forcing law enforcement to engage 'riotous behavior' with tear gas and other tactics which the violent left uses to falsely illustrate that ICE is out of control but all of the violence is instigated by the left, as always.

They don't care how stupid they look changing their position to the opposite of the one they were claiming the last time they had to disagree with Trump.
The bottom line is that these refugees were supposed to be here temporarily until Haiti recovered from an earthquake that happened 15 years ago! They've obviously massively overstayed the generous opportunity that was given to them.
